Objectives of this role
- Project management: Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) product launches: Lead and coordinate the launch of new direct-to-consumer products, from ideation to execution, ensuring a seamless go-to-market strategy and achieving a strong presence in online marketplaces.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, product development, sales, and third parties to align marketing efforts with overall business objectives.
- Performance metrics: Establish and monitor KPIs for marketing campaigns, providing regular reports and analysis to senior management.
Your tasks
- Market research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and customer preferences etc.
- Analytics: Measure and report the performance of marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs), E-commerce performance and improvements.
- Project management: Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives to ensure they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Define objectives, create detailed plans, allocate resources, and manage risks. Assign tasks, facilitate clear communication, monitor progress, and ensure quality standards are met. Ensure that marketing campaigns and projects achieve their goals efficiently and effectively.
- Overseeing campaign management: Plan, contribute and analyse all digital marketing, including SEO/ SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
- Contribute to strategy development: Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers.
- Event coordination: Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events such as product launches, trade shows, etc. This includes managing event logistics, budgeting, vendor relationships and post-event analysis etc.
- Collaborate: Work closely with the sales, design, and content teams, and the third parties to generate marketing materials and optimise campaigns.
- Customer engagement: Enhance customer engagement and develop a loyal customer base.
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of proven experience in marketing, direct-to-consumer, and e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
- Experience with SEO, PPC, Google Analytics, and CRM software and online marketplaces.
- Experience with Ecommerce and Direct-to-Consumer marketing.
- Proficiency in marketing software (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) will be considered as the advantage.
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach to the projects.
