We are seeking to recruit a Storekeeper for our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian’s. Forming part of the Finance team, the selected candidate will be responsible for all stores of the hotel under the direction of the Director of Finance.

Scope and Purpose:

  • Always maintain a sufficient stock of supplies for the smooth operation of the hotel/ departments.

  • Establish and maintain, minimum and maximum re-ordering levels and quantities.

  • Follow proper procedures when ordering and issuing goods.

  • Make sure that stock records are accurate and up to date.

  • Ensure food received complies with HACCP requirements.

  • Issue and record all stock transactions.

  • Establish and maintain accurate par stock levels and alert HODs of low stock for reordering purposes and to avoid overstocking.

  • Carry out stock checks to determine accuracy of stock maintenance.

  • Assist in monthly stock-takes.


Entry Requirements:

  • Have previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of stores.

  • Have good communication skills.

  • Be able to work independently and interact with confidence and ease at all levels.

  • Be self-motivated, able to work under pressure and adhere to deadlines.

  • Have an outgoing, friendly, warm, and professional disposition.

  • Be fluent in English, Maltese would be advantageous.

  • Have Microsoft Office applications and Adaco knowledge.
