Electrician

This role requires a diligent and responsible individual to maintain all plant rooms and other hotel equipment and ascertain that this is in good working condition.

The ideal candidate will:

• Carrying out daily checks and readings on plant and equipment.


• Doing routine preventative maintenance, troubleshooting and servicing of all hotel equipment including rooms, plant rooms and kitchen equipment.


• Highlighting any faults so that necessary corrective action is taken.


• Carrying out works for the upkeep of the hotel's electrical systems.


• Recording all works being done in the kitchens, plant room and hotel areas and forwarding to management.


• Informing direct superiors of consumable goods requirements.


• Ensuring good housekeeping in the Plant Rooms.


• Ensuring adherence to company health and safety policies in all procedures carried out.


• Being pro-active, flexible and a systematic individual who is eager to form part of our close-knit team.


• To lead team members in specific tasks as assigned by the Maintenance Manager or his assistant.

The ideal candidate:

• Must be in possession of an license A and B, or BTech National Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Qualification in refrigeration will be considered as an asset.


• Ideally have experience in a similar role.


• Be fluent in English and Maltese.


• Must be willing to work flexible hours.
