An exciting opportunity has arisen for a self-motivated and energetic Restaurant Manager at Radisson Blu Resort, St Julian’s. The ideal candidate will have a strong F&B background and a real passion for hospitality and leadership.

The candidate will be responsible for:

  • The day-to-day running of the restaurant.

  • Managing all team members through coaching, mentoring, and training.

  • Ensuring proper restaurant ambience, set-up and food and beverage quality.

  • Coordinating the daily front and back-of-house restaurant operations.

  • Delivering outstanding customer care service and responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.

  • Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations. And review departmental and individual team members’ goals and targets within budget guidelines and to the highest standards.


The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of 2 years’ experience working within a F&B environment.

  • Be guest-focused, with an outstanding personality.

  • Possess excellent communication skills in English, and ideally Maltese.

  • Be able to work under your own initiative and manage team members.

  • Have knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications and Micros Fidelio POS System.

  • Have a professional disposition and must maintain company grooming standards.

  • Possess a valid Food Handler’s licence.

  • Be flexible to work on a shift roster including weekends, evenings, and Public Holidays.
