As a Learning and Development Executive, you will support all the team members to drive forward various learning initiatives in line with Radisson Blu Brand standards. You will be part of a dynamic and motivated team that strives daily to provide a 'yes, I can!' service.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the smooth running of the Human Resources department, where all areas of responsibility for learning and development are managed and delivered to the highest levels, ensuring both property and company standards are attained and adhered to.
- Work proactively with all heads of departments to maximize the team learning and development experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach to enquiries and training / coaching.
- Develops and implement learning and development strategies, training plans and learning and development budget, ensuring that these are aligned with guest service, revenue, operational and business objectives.
- Working with Heads of Department to effectively manage and review the training life cycle of the team, fostering a culture of growth, development and performance whilst reflecting and promoting the company culture and values.
- Ensures adherence and compliance to all legislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities are planned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performing follow-up as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities with the ability to adapt to changing environments.
- Excellent leadership skills with a hands-on approach and lead-by-example work style.
- Strong communication and listening skills, excellent speaking, reading and writing skills.
- Has expertise in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and proficiency in design tools (Canva, etc.).
- An open, positive and communicative personality.
- Is flexible, proactive, and able to work effectively in fast-paced environments with a 'yes I can' attitude.
