At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands we are currently in search of a Front Office Supervisor to join our team. The candidate will support the Front Office Manager to ensure that Front Office team members are well-informed and trained to deliver a memorable experience to guests.

Responsibilities
The selected candidate shall be assisting in the management of guests’ services and therefore, must have the ability to demonstrate the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Assists the Front Office Manager in the day-to-day running of front office operations, ensuring the quality, standards and efficiency are of top priority to meet and exceed guests’ expectations;
  • Oversees front office operations to ensure that service is delivered up to the required resort and brand standards;
  • Participates in the development of departmental objectives, work schedules, training, policies, and procedures;
  • Maintain current knowledge of hotel services, special promotional offers, VIP arrivals as well as on-going activities within the Resort.

The ideal candidate must possess leadership, interpersonal and communication skills whilst being an excellent team player who is motivated to go beyond the guests’ expectations. Experience within a front office operation in a five star environment will be considered as an asset.

Additionally, he/she must demonstrate a positive and genuine ‘yes I can’ attitude backed with a solid understanding of guest satisfaction practices and quality standards. Candidates with a basic knowledge of Opera or similar front-office operating systems will be considered favorably.
