At the Radisson Blu Resort & Spa, Golden Sands we are currently seeking to recruit a Bartender to join our dynamic and multi-cultural team. Assisting in the Resort’s outlets one will be providing a 'yes I can' service in line with brand and hotel standards in order to maximize and exceed guests’ satisfaction and expectations.

Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Manning the bar section and to attend to drinks requests during service.


• Preparing drinks according to the ars SOP’s.


• Providing the highest standards of customer care through friendly, courteous and professional service.


• Anticipating the guests' needs whenever possible.


• Ensuring that the bar is clean, properly laid-up and stocked with the necessary equipment, at all times.


• Informing the Manager of any out-of-stock / low-in-stock items.


• Up-selling and maximizing revenue whenever and wherever possible.
