Your mission
PwC’s Academy is looking to expand its Learning and Education (L&E) team by recruiting an experienced training coordinator to support its diverse learning projects. We are looking for candidates who are enthusiastic and eager to learn and continue growing in an L&E role.

The responsibilities for this role include but are not limited to

  • Able to carry out basic learning consulting research and assist the L&E consultants in what they require

  • Deliver the learning projects through tasks within the learning management system (based on Moodle) such as the setting up of different learning assets and activities

  • Resolving learner requests and queries including preparation of learning reports and analytics dashboards

  • Supporting the smooth running of training tenders as necessary

  • Day-to-day coordination of our external training sessions including issuing invites, organizing training logistics / material, monitoring attendance, coordinating training room set-up, liaising with participants and trainers, and collecting and analyzing feedback


About you

  • Establish strong rapport with students / clients to understand their needs

  • Ability to carry out basic research efficiently and strong organizational skills

  • Must be capable of working both independently and in a team and delivering within tight deadlines

  • Proficient in Office software (particularly Excel) and Google Workspace tools

  • Experience with handling an LMS in particular Moodle would be considered an asset

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
