You’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, helping our users solve their complex business issues from strategy to execution.

Your Mission
Your career with PwC is what you make it to be. This role will include, but is not limited to, the following: ​

  • Handling internal IT incidents and service requests
  • Incident logging through the service desk application, effective troubleshooting, and gathering of the required information to manage/prioritise workload and escalations
  • Supporting audio-visual technologies including projection and amplification systems
  • Installation and administration of server environments
  • Network analysis; monitoring; capacity management and secure configuration
  • Planning and deploying technology upgrades; migrating platforms and new infrastructure
  • Ensure that SLAs are correctly set and met

About You

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in user support
  • Good knowledge of Windows Server; MS Azure; Office 365 and Google
  • Knowledge of networking concepts
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English
  • Professional and proactive attitude
  • Be in possession of a Diploma in IT or a similar qualification
  • Applicants should be ready to deal with multiple concurrent demands and driven by customer satisfaction as well as technical excellence. Good interpersonal skills to integrate in a high-performing team is essential.
