We are looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join the Private Clients team as part of our Tax and Legal Line of Service. With a solid foundation of technical expertise and best practices, we provide a wide range of services to a variety of ultra-high net-worth individuals. Our team at PwC Malta is dedicated to delivering excellence through the various service offerings supporting our clients’ specific needs and circumstances.

Your mission

• Assist in managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest level of service in the immigration and tax space


• Manage the administration aspect of immigration applications


• Be a main point of contact for clients, providing seamless communication and timely updates


• Assist clients during their visits to Malta, ensuring their experience is smooth and efficient


• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to clients


• Engage with clients, their families, and personnel from local public and private institutions


• Develop an extensive knowledge base of technical matters, as well as key local institutions, including government departments


• Collaborate with a team of dedicated colleagues who mutually support each other

About you
The successful candidate will possess:

• Strong command of English


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage relationships effectively


• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality


• A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Ability to adapt to a changing environment


• Prior experience in a client-facing role in a service provider environment and possession of a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, accounting or a related field would be considered an asset
