Premier Restaurants Malta, the operator of nine McDonald’s restaurants across the Maltese Islands, is seeking candidates to join its manager trainee programme.
Candidates will train to run a McDonald’s restaurant in Malta and work their way to a fully-fledged management post with responsibility for end-to-end restaurant operations. Manager Trainees benefit from exceptional support, progression opportunities, and continuous McDonald’s certified training. Some training may take place outside Malta. On completion of the programme, Manager Trainees join a McDonald’s store in a 2nd Assistant Manager position.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Store Manager at their assigned restaurant, Manager Trainees will be exposed to restaurant policies and procedures, quality, service and cleanliness standards, and health and safety. They will also be involved in people and resources planning and management, and equipment monitoring.

Programme candidates must demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, responsibility, a collaborative attitude, and a readiness to start a career in management with a top global brand. A willingness to travel is essential. People with work experience at McDonald’s will have an advantage.
