- Manage high volume in a fast pass environment.
- Creative, enthusiastic, and have a passion for food.
- Organized, clean, and thorough in hygiene.
- Cost-conscious in both food and kitchen labour.
- Hands-on and a good teacher to his / her subordinates.
- Ready to work on weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Adherence to company KPI’s.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Head Chef.
