Sales Representative

We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Sales Representative to join our established photo shop team. This position involves managing sales of stock items, providing photo editing services, handling customer orders, and delivering a high level of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate is passionate about photography, has experience with photo editing software, and enjoys assisting customers with their photographic needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales and Customer Service:
  
  
  
  • Engage with customers to promote and sell stock items, including photo frames, albums, and digital / instant cameras.
  
  
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and assist customers in selecting the best products to meet their needs.
  
  
  • Process transactions, and ensure stock displays are visually appealing and up-to-date.
  
  
  
  


• Photo Editing and Printing:
  
  
  
  • Edit and enhance customer photos with post-processing work (e.g., color correction, retouching, resizing) using Photoshop or similar software.
  
  
  • Print high-quality photos up to A4 size.
  
  
  
  


• Order Management:
  
  
  
  • Take and manage customer orders for custom photo products, including but not limited to, wall art products, photo orders, and other personalised items.
  
  
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders.
  
  
  
  

Work Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday.


• Required to work Saturday mornings.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in retail or a photo-related industry.


• Proficiency in photo editing software (e.g., Photoshop) for basic retouching and post-processing.


• Basic knowledge of photography equipment, photo printing processes, and retail sales techniques.


• Excellent communication and customer service skills.


• Strong passion for photography.
