Job Description

The HR Executive will be managing and coordinating all HR activities in PharOS MT. They will lead by example and the communicate values and behaviors of PharOS MT to whole organization by attracting, selecting, training and retaining employees.

Main Tasks and Key Responsibilities will include:

  • Selection and Recruiting
    • Coordinate the selection and recruiting process in terms of the vacancies
    • Issue job vacancies (internal and external), post the job announcements and screen the CVs
    • Initiate the recruiting process, prepare shortlist and participate in the interviews
    • Create job offers and drive the hiring process
    • Conduct the exit interviews and prepare related reports
  • Employee Induction
    • Responsible for the new employee induction and onboarding in the organization
    • Deliver the HR induction training and update of the induction manual
  • HR Operations
    • To maintain employee folders updated
    • Responsible for registering the employees in the local authorities (Jobs Plus, IRD etc)
    • Update the local ERP with employee data
    • Maintain and update in coordination with managers the job descriptions
    • Update the local organizational chart
    • Coordinate the Quality department’s needs in HR topics
    • Responsible for the leave portal
  • HR SOPs
    • Issue HR SOPs regarding the HR process (employee induction SOPs, employee termination SOPs, etc.)
    • Update and maintain SOPs
  • Payroll
    • In cooperation with the external outsourced payroll partner coordinate and monitor the payroll process
    • Organize the timelines and monitor the fixed base salaries and for the flexi payments (overtime, leave deduction, etc.)
  • Employee Benefits
    • Manage and coordinate the life and medical insurance for the employees
    • Setup medical appointments and keep track of the outcome
    • Keep medical records under lock and key and start new folder for every new employee
    • Responsible of all other kind of employee benefits
  • Performance Management and Salary Review
    • Follow the performance management strategy and implement it for all employees.
    • Responsible for coaching managers and employees into the system and organize training sections
    • Responsible to keep and communication timelines of performance review
    • Responsible to drive the salary review process
  • Team Building and Social Events
    • Propose ideas for social events
    • Coordinate and organize the team building activities

Preferred Education and Work Experience:

  • University degree in Humanistic Studies
  • Diploma in Human Resources Management
  • 1-2 years of working experience in human resources
  • Excellent command of English
  • New technologies and PC knowledge
