PharOS Ltd is currently seeking a Finance Specialist within the Finance department, to join their team on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Payments and payment proposals preparation including bank posting and statement reconciliations

  • Handling of receivables

  • Capex reporting, analysis, depreciation, and reconciliation

  • Inventory related matters

  • Approval of supplier statement reconciliations

  • Maintenance of the company accounting records up to the trial balance stage

  • Execution of the month-end and year-end reconciliations and procedure

  • Support accounting operations by filing and general administrative tasks

  • Complete ad-hoc reporting

  • Compilation of government statistics

  • Assisting in the budgeting process, both operational and capital budgets

  • Liaising with company Auditors, Accountants and the Finance department in the head office


Requirements:

  • Advanced diploma in Accounting and Business or equivalent Accounting degree

  • A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar position

  • Experience in a manufacturing company is preferable

  • Good knowledge of Excel and other accounting packages

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Self-motivated, organized and team player

  • Ability to work under pressure in order to meet deadlines
