Accounts Executive

An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Executive on full-time basis, to join our Finance team.

Responsibilities:

• Processing of accounts payables invoices, including accounting, reconciliations and payments.


• Issuing of accounts receivables invoices, including chasing of debtors, and reconciling and monitoring of accounts receivables.


• Corresponding with debtors and creditors and assisting in solving disputes.


• Performing Bank and Inter-company reconciliations.


• Maintaining accounts up to trial balance stage.


• Handling other generic accounts and administrative duties as requested by management.

The ideal candidate will:

• Have an Ordinary and / or Advanced level qualification in Accounting.


• Be familiar with Microsoft applications (Excel and Word).


• Be fluent in Maltese and English with excellent communication skills.


• Have at least 1 year of working experience in an accounting environment.


• Be meticulous, highly organized, and able to work in a team.
