The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while managing reservations and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience at Palazzo Parisio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.
- Coordinate guest entrance, walk-ins, and walk-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on services, amenities, and event options.
- Maintain reservation records, updating details and ensuring accuracy in our systems.
- Liaise with the food and beverage department to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met.
- Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolution where needed.
- Assist in managing the front desk, ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all times.
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide guests with an outstanding experience.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- A background in Food and Beverage will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- A professional and friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
Working Hours:
- Part-time hours, flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
