Job Summary
We are seeking a professional, customer-focused individual to join our team as a part-time Reception and Reservations Agent. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while managing reservations and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless experience at Palazzo Parisio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage incoming reservations via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, greeting guests warmly and assisting them with their needs.

  • Coordinate guest entrance, walk-ins, and walk-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.

  • Respond to guest inquiries and provide information on services, amenities, and event options.

  • Maintain reservation records, updating details and ensuring accuracy in our systems.

  • Liaise with the food and beverage department to ensure guest requests and special requirements are met.

  • Handle guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally, seeking resolution where needed.

  • Assist in managing the front desk, ensuring the reception area is well-presented at all times.

  • Collaborate with other hotel staff to provide guests with an outstanding experience.


Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role in hospitality or customer service is preferred.

  • A background in Food and Beverage will be considered an asset.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members.

  • Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • A professional and friendly attitude with a focus on guest satisfaction.

  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.


Working Hours:

  • Part-time hours, flexible shifts to include weekends and holidays.
