Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining a good working environment where creativity and continuous improvement are the standard
  • To ensure cleanliness and maintenance of all work areas, utensils and equipment
  • To assist in developing dishes for incorporation in the menus
  • Highly competent in fish and pasta
  • Ability to work with maximum accuracy, efficiency and attention to detail

Main Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years experience
  • Experience in a Mediterranean cuisine restaurant
  • Fluent in English and Italian

Other Qualifications:

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Knowledge of best cooking practices
  • Previous experience in running a section in a busy kitchen
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A willingness to work in a supportive, structured environment
  • Ability to work on own initiative
