Job Description

The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day operations
  • Design strategy and set goals for growth
  • Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
  • Set policies and processes
  • Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
  • Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
  • Evaluate and improve operations and financial performance
  • Direct the employee assessment process
  • Prepare regular reports for director and auditors
  • Ensure staff members follows health and safety regulations
  • Drive sales including building and maintaining relationships with new and established clients

The Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years working experience in a similar role
  • Competence in using Microsoft Office and business software
  • Familiarity with basic financial and payroll reports and proficiency in the relevant software programs
  • Solid command of the English language
  • Excellent negotiations and customer relations skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication
  • Highly organised with close attention to detail

Candidates with previous experience in the hospitality industry together with a solid understanding of the processes at Identity Malta and Jobs Plus will be given preference.
