Assistant Shop Manager

We are a specialized retail shop offering a wide range of high-quality products, including dining chairs, stools, acoustic, WPC and PVC panels as well as PVC marble sheets and outdoor decking.

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Assistant Shop Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the shop


• Provide excellent customer service and handle customer inquiries


• Manage inventory and ensure products are well-displayed


• Implement sales strategies to achieve business targets


• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Background in business, retail, or a related field (degree preferred but not required)


• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively


• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Proficiency in using basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office)


• Basic knowledge of accounting principles would be an asset
