Job Description

Your Profile:

  • At least 5-years work experience as a team leader with customer support and/or client communication experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken Italian (native speaker), and with Spanish and English as a strong second language
  • Strong PC skills (experience with Excel and Word) and attention to detail.
  • Ability to take initiative and to coordinate with other teams to resolve issues.
  • High level of customer service orientation, with a proven ability to see problems through to their resolution.
  • A proven team player with a ‘can do’ attitude.
  • Flexible approach to working in a dynamic and often hectic environment.
