As the Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio of client prospects within your assigned region, aimed at achieving business revenue and market share growth. You will meet your goals by identifying, understanding, consulting, and defining professional commercial solutions for your prospect portfolio. You will also act as the P&L revenue owner for your designated region, accountable for achieving set KPIs, and with guidance from the Global Acquisitions Manager, you will support the implementation and execution of tactical strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementing the acquisitions growth strategy within the assigned region

  • Assisting the Global Acquisitions Manager to complete team objectives, when and if required

  • Conducting structured and regular meetings with the Global Acquisitions Manager for additional guidance

  • Achieving increased revenue, market share and profitability to attain desired growth targets through set KPIs

  • Creating, managing and maintaining a comprehensive prospect portfolio by evaluating and analysing their position in the industry in relation to NetRefer’s product

  • Observing the ideal ratio between inbound and outbound prospects, in relation to the relevant conversion rate, as directed by the acquisitions strategy

  • Creating a network of strategic contacts within the assigned region

  • Having an in depth understanding of the NetRefer product and service offering (USPs) to enable the necessary consultative approach within the acquisitions process

  • Taking full ownership of the acquisitions process from lead generation - qualification - negotiation – contractual – onboarding – and handover

  • Accurate execution of the required acquisitions process and procedures

  • Selling the NetRefer product by establishing contact, developing relationships, and negotiating deals with prospective clients

  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to improve business onboarding performance processes and related workflows – continuously working towards enhancing client experience whilst reducing possible blockers

  • Maintaining client relationships by providing support, information, and guidance primarily during the onboarding process to ensure projects are delivered on time

  • Ensure all contractual and procedural documents related to the Acquisitions process are maintained and uploaded in the CRM and Confluence

  • Creating the client profile and handing over account seamlessly, ensuring a smooth transition between Solution Delivery, Learning and Certification, User Success and Account Management teams

  • Ad hoc reporting and tasks as required by Global Acquisitions Manager

  • Ensuring regular and accurate reporting on lead generation, negotiation status, onboardings, and pre/post reporting

  • Assisting with any training as required, for both team members and other employees

  • Travelling on business, attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

  • Acting as the Regional Specialist to the business

  • Pro-actively following market / region / industry trends


Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a B2B sales-focused role with a strong track record in acquisitions KPIs

  • Demonstrated negotiation, consultative commercial skills, and an analytical, problem-solving approach

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with a high degree of customer-centricity

  • Proven time management, task prioritization, and ability to manage high-level tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, Atlassian software, with a proactive, self-motivated, and positive attitude


Good-to-Haves:

  • Experience in the iGaming industry or Affiliate Marketing, proficiency in a language other than English

  • Competency in scoping requirements, data analysis, risk identification, and trend analysis to inform strategies

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and online communication software, familiarity with HubSpot is a plus

  • Highly collaborative team player with the ability to think critically, remain adaptable, and bring innovative, solution-focused ideas


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Objectives:

  • Meet or exceed commercial targets, manage prospect portfolios, and optimize conversion rates

  • Ensure completion of client onboarding and handover with minimal discounts and maximize preparation and follow-up at conferences

  • Provide timely, accurate sales reports, highlighting key achievements, challenges, and improvements for strategic growth
