Job Description

Multigas is looking for an individual to join our energetic team of employees as a Delivery Office Clerk.

The duties and responsibilities for this role

  • Scheduling of delivery orders of cylinders and other goods
  • Communicating with delivery personnel and clients
  • Issuing invoices relating to deliveries
  • Issuing stock movements relating to deliveries
  • To liaise with supervisors to ensure sufficient stock levels
  • To monitor and trend data relating to deliveries (e.g. On-time delivery)
  • Using company software and spreadsheets to maintain data as required and to produce reports in a periodical manner.
  • Assisting in other administrative duties as and when required
  • To attend required training to be able to carry out the tasks needed for the job

Skills and qualifications
The ideal candidate should have:

  • At least 2 years working in an office environment
  • At least an O’ level standard of education.
  • Excellent communication skills and teamwork
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Proficiency in computer literacy
  • A strong command of the English language
  • Fluency in Maltese will be considered an asset
