Mulberry Insurance Brokers Ltd is looking for a talented Accounts and Admin Assistant to help with our financial and administrative tasks. This role involves overseeing daily accounting activities, maintaining precise financial records, and offering vital support to our team. By keeping records organized and improving workflows, the Accounts and Admin Assistant will contribute to our overall efficiency. Attention to detail and a proactive mindset will be essential for addressing the company's financial and administrative requirements.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Vet invoices received from suppliers.

  • Assisting in the preparation of payments to suppliers.

  • Assisting in daily and month-end procedures.

  • Manage inbox and respond in a timely manner.

  • Work in line with company processes and procedures, adhering to and maintaining file management systems.

  • Respond to supplier / customer queries related to accounts.

  • Administrative and clerical duties as directed by the direct line Manager.


Qualifications and skills:

  • The ideal individual must be highly organised and pay great attention to detail.

  • Ability to work on own initiative.

  • Smart, well-organised and computer literate particularly in MS Office.

  • Must have excellent communication skills in both Maltese and English.

  • A' level qualification in Accounts.
