The Role
We’re looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team at the 8 Till Late outlets. The ideal candidate must be willing to work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and any day of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

  • Provide product information and recommendations to customers.

  • Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

  • Replenish stock and manage inventory levels.

  • Assist in visual merchandising to enhance store appearance.

  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.


Requirements

  • Fluency in English and ideally Maltese.

  • Ability to work in a team and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience within a retail environment and working knowledge of a computerized POS system will be an advantage (though training will be provided).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
