The Role
We’re looking for dynamic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team at the 8 Till Late outlets. The ideal candidate must be willing to work a shift-based schedule, including weekends and any day of the week.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Provide product information and recommendations to customers.
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain store cleanliness and organization.
- Replenish stock and manage inventory levels.
- Assist in visual merchandising to enhance store appearance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and ideally Maltese.
- Ability to work in a team and on own initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience within a retail environment and working knowledge of a computerized POS system will be an advantage (though training will be provided).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
