Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and design innovative menu items


• Oversee daily kitchen operations and manage kitchen staff


• Ensure food quality and presentation meet our standards


• Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment


• Control food costs and inventory management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or relevant role


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen regulations


• Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
