We are looking for a part-time Retail Customer Advisor to join our team in Gozo!

In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with their telecom needs. You will offer expert guidance on our products and services, handle payment transactions, and ensure that every customer has a positive and satisfying experience in our store.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers with a warm and welcoming attitude.

  • Offer guidance on telecom products, services, and promotions.

  • Process customer transactions, including payments and account activations.

  • Maintain a tidy and organized store environment.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.

  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our products and services.

  • Maintain a customer-focused approach at all times.


Job Requirements:

  • Strong background in customer service, with a passion for helping others.

  • Sales experience is a plus; ability to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities.

  • Fluent in both Maltese and English (written and spoken).

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with a positive attitude.

  • Flexible availability to work retail hours.

  • Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering excellent service.
