Job Description

Maypole is a family-run group of businesses operating within the manufacturing and distribution of food products. The group is seeking to recruit the services of a full-time ICT Administrator.

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and rectify general matters of system security
  • Installation and setup of all ICT related hardware and software
  • General desktop support at both hardware and software levels
  • Participate in systems analysis and design when the need arises
  • Support internal departments with reporting tools and system data
  • Participate in and contribute towards the implementation of ICT related projects
  • Document ICT inventory and processes
  • Other general ICT related responsibilities

Experience and Skills

  • Be trustworthy, polite, and organised
  • Be in possession of a valid driving license
  • Have at least 2 years of hands-on experience
  • Pay attention to detail and ensure efficiency
  • Have great energy, charisma, and a positive mind-set
  • Be able to offer desktop support in a Windows environment
  • Have team spirit and possess good written and verbal communication skills
  • Be meticulous with great attention to detail; critical thinking, proactive and practical in dealing with problems and their resolution

Candidates with experience in Microsoft Office 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Dynamics 365, and Power BI would be considered as an important asset and advantage.
