Catering Assistant Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced and organized Catering Supervisor to oversee daily catering operations. The successful candidate will manage kitchen staff, ensure food quality, maintain hygiene standards, and coordinate meal preparation and service. The chosen candidate will work closely with the team to ensure a smooth and efficient dining experience while adhering to health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate catering staff, schedules, and activities.


• Ensure food is prepared and presented to high standards.


• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed.


• Maintain hygiene and safety protocols in the kitchen and dining areas.


• Handle customer queries and resolve issues promptly.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in catering or hospitality management would be considered an asset.


• Strong leadership and organizational skills.


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.


• Knowledge of food safety standards.
