Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated PR and Marketing Specialist based in Malta to help us enhance the public image of LuginsLand of Art and promote our project. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and communication expertise to effectively engage with target audiences across various platforms.
This is a part-time position requiring 20 hours per week, offering flexibility with the possibility of hybrid work arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic planning: Develop and implement comprehensive PR and marketing strategies that align with the company’s goals.
- Content creation: Produce engaging content for multiple channels, including social media, websites, and press releases.
- Media relations and communication: Build and maintain relationships with local and international media representatives to secure coverage and manage the company’s public image.
- Event coordination: Assist in organising events as part of LuginsLand of Art cultural programme.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Communications, or a related field is considered as an asset.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role, demonstrating expertise in both PR and marketing functions.
Skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media platforms, Canva, WordPress, Meta Business Suite, Google Drive).
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
