Recruitment Specialist

We would like a Recruitment Specialist to join our team. The primary responsibility of this position is to attract, assess, and recruit qualified candidates to meet our requirements at Lufthansa Technik Malta. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring that we recruit the best talent to join our team. The position with report directly to the Head of People.

In the main, responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.


• Utilise various channels to identify and engage potential candidates.


• Conduct thorough screening processes, including CV reviews, initial interviews, and skills assessments.


• Coordinate and schedule interviews.


• Oversee the process for work permit / visa applications.

We are looking for a person who has an MQF Level 6 qualification in Human Resource Management or equivalent and who has proven experience in recruitment. The person needs to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
