What you will bring
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or a related area, with a successful track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets ideally in a B2B environment.
- Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market research, and business development strategies. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. To also have a full understanding of the products, formats, platforms and content that our brand produces with a view to providing clients with the best-suited alternative to their needs.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven by success. A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take initiative. Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.
- Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

- Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.
- Lead Generation and Prospecting:
- Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.
- Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.
- Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.
- Sales Presentations and Negotiations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
