We are currently seeking a Sales and Business Development Executive to join our team with Lovin Malta and their subsidiary Meetinc.

What you will bring

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in sales, business development, or a related area, with a successful track record of generating new business and achieving sales targets ideally in a B2B environment.

  • Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of sales processes, market research, and business development strategies. Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools. To also have a full understanding of the products, formats, platforms and content that our brand produces with a view to providing clients with the best-suited alternative to their needs.

  • Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Attitude: Proactive, enthusiastic, and driven by success. A team player with a collaborative mindset and a willingness to take initiative. Adaptability and resilience in the face of challenges.

  • Education: A degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is preferred.

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies:

    • Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company goals and revenue targets.



  • Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.



  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas.



  • Lead Generation and Prospecting:

    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and attending industry events.

    • Develop a robust pipeline of prospective clients.



  • Continuous Improvement:

    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.



  • Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales objectives.
