We are looking for an individual who is meticulous and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
The Payment Analyst will make part of the Risk and Fraud team and will be reporting to its team lead.
The position’s purpose is to analyse and assist with payments and chargebacks in order to give a smoother experience to our clients.
- Process withdrawals following internal policies and procedures,
- Liaise with 3rd party payment service providers and internal departments,
- Work into solving withdrawal related issues,
- Collaborate with all necessary departments to ensure the best quality and experience for our clients,
- Monitoring and recording of chargebacks,
- Any additional related tasks which may be assigned from time to time.
- Previous experience in an office based environment would be considered an asset,
- Is able to communicate well using the English Language,
- Attention to detail is a must,
- Is a fast learner,
- Good with numbers,
- A good team player.
