LSC Malta is currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Officer to join our dynamic team in Malta. The Operations Officer will be responsible for improving efficiency within the institution. The ideal candidate will be a good problem solver who would like to pursue a career in a higher education setting.

Salary: *Up to €35,000 per annum depending upon experience.

Role Summary
- Assist in all aspects of compliance
- Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring standards and procedures comply with legal regulations
- Assist with all student welfare-related issues
- Work closely with senior management to set and / or implement policies, procedures and systems
- Carry out new student inductions
Requirement
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
- Excellent organisational skills
- A flexible approach to work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication
- Excellent IT skills (must be familiar with Excel)
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
- Experience in a higher education setting would be desirable
