Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Tourist Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the main point of contact for tourists, ensuring their experience is enjoyable, informative, and seamless. If you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist tourists upon arrival and throughout their stay.


• Provide detailed information about destinations, tours, and attractions.


• Respond to inquiries, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly.


• Promote and upsell travel packages and excursions.


• Collect feedback from tourists to improve services.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in the tourism or hospitality industry is a plus.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.


• Fluency in English and Bulgarian; proficiency in other languages is an asset.


• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.


• Passion for travel and a customer-first mindset.


• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays.


• Knowledge of local attractions and cultural landmarks.
