The Project Engineer will assist with the scheduling, planning, forecasting, resourcing and managing technical activities to ensure project accuracy and quality. He/she will be responsible for the engineering and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and will establish inspection criteria for the proper implementation of all the elements of a project.

Main Duties (KPIs):
- Preparing, scheduling, coordinating and monitoring of assigned engineering projects;
- Following specification and calculations to create various technical drawings;
- Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with ACAD systems;
- Performing calculations for materials and weight limitations;
- Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project’s status;
- Cooperating and communicating directly with the Operations Manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior engineers to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project’s profitability;
- Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions;
- Developing specifications for the project’s needed equipment;
- Making inspections on project site, preparing site reports, designs and drawings and all related variation quotes and bills;
- Ensuring the project’s compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards and specification.
Requisites:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or Architecture;
- Degree from a technical college also acceptable;
- Excellent computer literacy and knowledge of design and visualization software;
- Excellent project management and supervision skills; and
- Excellent organisational, time management, leadership and decision-making skills.
