Job Description
Our client is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their boutique hotel. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for the guests.
Responsibilities include:
- Handling online and phone reservations;
- Greeting guests and assigning rooms;
- Managing check-in and check-out tasks efficiently;
- Informing customers about payment methods and verifying credit card data;
- Registering guests and collecting necessary information;
- Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities;
- Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and fully-furnished;
- Handling guests complaints in a timely and professional manner;
- Confirming group reservations and arranging personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees;
- Keeping records of bookings and payments updated;
- Engaging in any other task commensurate with the role.
Requirements:
- At least three years of experience working in a similar position;
- Flexibility to work night shifts;
- Excellent communication skills.
