Job Description

Our client is seeking to recruit a Front Office Administrator to join their boutique hotel. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for the guests.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling online and phone reservations;
  • Greeting guests and assigning rooms;
  • Managing check-in and check-out tasks efficiently;
  • Informing customers about payment methods and verifying credit card data;
  • Registering guests and collecting necessary information;
  • Providing information about the hotel, available rooms, rates, and amenities;
  • Coordinating with housekeeping to ensure rooms are clean and fully-furnished;
  • Handling guests complaints in a timely and professional manner;
  • Confirming group reservations and arranging personalized services for VIP customers and event attendees;
  • Keeping records of bookings and payments updated;
  • Engaging in any other task commensurate with the role.

Requirements:

  • At least three years of experience working in a similar position;
  • Flexibility to work night shifts;
  • Excellent communication skills.
