Job Description
One of Malta’s leading and most established Signage companies that manages a large number of high-profile and long-standing clients is looking to recruit a Chief Operations Officer. The COO will oversee daily operations, manage a team of 15 full-timers, ensure efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery. This role focuses on guaranteeing quality delivery to large clients, streamlining processes, aligning operations with strategic goals, and driving sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and improvement.
- Oversee production, quality assurance, and supply chain management.
- Implement operational policies to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate design and production for high-quality, timely output.
- Develop budgets, manage costs, and ensure profitability.
- Work with the sales team to meet client needs and maintain strong vendor relationships.
- Manage subcontractor relationships.
- Implement technology solutions to enhance efficiency.
- Identify areas for improvement and optimize workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience and proven track record in operations management, ideally in signage, design or production.
- Proven leadership, financial acumen, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and client-focused approach.
