Job Description

We are looking to hire numerous Engish speaking KYC Agents to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate will need to have experience in KYC / compliance / document verification.

Job Details:

  • Carry out regular day to day responsibilities of a KYC Agent
  • Review, analyze and approve KYC analysis of high-risk clients
  • Evaluate and identify applicable risks and appropriate mitigants
  • Work on KYC related escalations from KYC, payments and the general support departments
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times
  • Promptly and thoroughly verifying customer documents
  • Communicating with customers through various channels including live chat, email and calls
  • Performing all compliance duties in relation to the business requirements
  • Knowing our products inside and out
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support
  • Handle KYC queries and exception requests from the Business
  • Participate in KYC related meetings, calls and committees

Requirements:

  • High level of strong communication skills (English language) both written and verbal
  • KYC/Compliance background and experience is a must
  • Strong working ethic
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: empathy, patience, attentive and with a passion for delivering customer excellence
  • Strong IT skills – we need someone who can easily work in a fast-paced environment and has an ‘above average’ typing speed
  • Good initiative
