Situated in Lija, JYSK Malta’s team is growing and we are looking for a full-time Office Clerk.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  • Processing and checking invoices.
  • Creating sales orders and customer profiles.
  • Inputting and manipulating data within the company’s database.
  • Ensuring records are maintained correctly and easily accessible to authorised personnel.
  • General administrative duties like filling and sorting of documents.

This position is perfect for you if you:

  • Have a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a similar administrative role.
  • Are industrious, punctual and willing to learn and develop.
  • Are flexible and can prioritise your tasks.
  • Are a good and helpful colleague and team player.
  • Have a minimum of O’ level education. ‘A’ level candidates would be considered an asset.
  • ECDL certified.
