Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Bookkeeping including bank and other reconciliations.
  • Debtors chasing and collection of payments directly from the sales team and third parties.
  • Performing front office duties when required.
  • Filing and archiving of documents.
  • Assisting on monthly and weekly reports generation.
  • Dealing with matters related to the company’s clients and suppliers.
  • Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the administration and accounts departments.

Requirements:

  • Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English.
  • Organised with the ability to work on their own initiative and as a positive and proactive team player.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Be in possession of strong time-management skills.
  • Willing to learn and adapt to new methodologies.
