- Bookkeeping including bank and other reconciliations.
- Debtors chasing and collection of payments directly from the sales team and third parties.
- Performing front office duties when required.
- Filing and archiving of documents.
- Assisting on monthly and weekly reports generation.
- Dealing with matters related to the company’s clients and suppliers.
- Any other duties that may be required for the smooth running of the administration and accounts departments.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel would be considered an asset.
- Be fluent in written and spoken English.
- Organised with the ability to work on their own initiative and as a positive and proactive team player.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Be in possession of strong time-management skills.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new methodologies.
