We are currently seeking an Insurance Sales Clerk to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting clients in person or over the phone offering expert guidance to customers
- Responding to queries in a timely manner whilst explaining the company’s products and services to clients
- Issuing quotations and renewing policies
- Deliver exceptional service with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Maltese
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Maltese
- A flexible team player with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
