Client Relationship Officer

Jesmond Mizzi Financial Advisors Limited (JMFA), an investment services company licensed by the Malta Financial Services Authority under the Investment Services Act, is seeking to recruit a full-time Client Relationship Officer.

The successful candidate will be assisting a team of Investment Advisors and be responsible for providing a high level of service to their clients.

The core responsibilities will include:

• Providing client support and handling client communications effectively


• Assistance with the preparation of documentation such as investor suitability reports and investment proposals


• Updating of client files (due to expired or missing information)


• Ongoing AML-related checks on clients (to ensure client information in the system is up to date and complete)


• Liaising with the Compliance and AML team to ensure ongoing compliance with regulations

Applicants will be considered if they are in possession of:

• A diploma or degree related to financial services


• At least 2 years experience in financial services institutions, however adequate training will be provided


• Analytical and good time management skills and the ability to work independently


• Fluency in English and Maltese both verbal and written


• Experience in Client Relationship Management would be considered an asset, however, adequate training will be provided
