Accounts Executive

James Caterers Limited is recruiting an Accounts Executive on a full-time basis.

The candidate will be required to carry out the following duties:

• Supplier reconciliations on a monthly basis


• Payment preparation and posting


• Posting of supplier payments and sending of payment remittances


• Sending client statements


• Assistant with client queries


• Posting of sales receipts


• Issuing sales invoices and sales credit notes


• Intercompany reconciliations


• Conduct bank reconciliations on a monthly basis


• Conduct cash reconciliation


• Computes sales commission workings


• Posting of payroll journals


• Issuing rebates on a monthly basis


• Necessary filing of invoices, payments and other accounting documents as required


• Attend monthly stock takes


• Assisting in the annual audits


• Any other tasks that are required

Requirements

• Preferably having an A' level in accounts or equivalent


• Knowledge of SFM and Eyesel software will be considered as an asset


• Fluent in Maltese and English language


• Organised and self-motivated


• Works under minimum supervision
