Operations Coordinator

We are looking for an Operations Co-Ordinator to join our already existing team.

Job Purpose
Delivery, control, coordination and manage STS operations.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the operational safety and quality of the STS operations


• Responsible for ensuring the accurate coordination of all aspects of the STS operations in line with company processes


• Responsible for ensuring all enquiries are logged and followed up in a timely manner, ensuring where required an STS quote is raised, issued and followed up


• Responsible for ensuring all STS operations are ‘closed out' in line with all company procedures


• Provide support to ensure regular reporting to the Operations Manager


• Provide support for managing the base contractors including support crafts related to the STS operations


• Provide support in relation to all documentation involved with STS operations

Qualifications and Experience:

• Maritime-related qualifications or previous experience in the Maritime sector


• Be personally positive and possess the ability to think laterally and act proactively through reasoned decision making


• Operational and logistical focus


• Ability to adapt to change in the business


• Focus and understanding of the importance of STS procedures


• Proven ability to self-manage workflow and work at pace

The ideal candidate would be required to be fluent in English, hold a clean driving license and have a good standard of education. The ideal person must be computer literate and prepared to work long hours, weekends and public holidays as per a rotational schedule.
