Key job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Greet and welcome customers.


• Assist clients by offering product recommendations and advice.


• Provide information on current promotions, new arrivals, and products.


• Operate the POS system for purchases, returns, and payments.


• Handle all transactions securely and accurately.


• Stay updated on fashion trends and product availability.


• Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business.


• Maintain a clean, organized store and ensure products are displayed neatly.


• Ensure all items are accurately labelled with correct pricing.


• Share customer feedback and sales insights with the store manager.
