Role Description
IDEA College, Malta's premier private education institution and a key member of IDEA Group, is seeking a personable and highly driven Student Recruitment Advisor to guide aspiring students on their educational journey. Your role will involve inspiring and advising prospective students, aligning their goals with the right programs, and being their trusted guide in their first step toward success.

Key Responsibilities

• Engagement: Actively connect with prospective students via phone, email, and messaging platforms, providing tailored guidance about our programs.


• Personalised advice: Understand individual goals and provide expert recommendations on the most suitable courses at IDEA College.


• Relationship building: Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospective students, ensuring a seamless enrollment experience.


• Collaboration: Partner with Academic and Administrative teams to deliver an exceptional and supportive student journey.


• Market insight: Stay informed about educational trends and advancements to offer the most relevant advice.

Performance Metrics

• Meeting monthly and annual enrolment targets.


• Conversion of inquiries into enrolled students.


• Supporting student progression for additional studies.


• High satisfaction ratings from prospective and current students.


• Prompt response to all prospective student inquiries.

Qualifications and Skills

• Education: A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s degree strongly preferred.


• Proven experience in consultative sales, recruitment, or a customer-facing advisory role.


• Languages: Excellent command of English is essential, along with fluency in at least one other major European language.


• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.


• Excellent communication and organisational skills.


• Self-motivated, adaptable, and target-driven.
