Hyperion Aviation Ltd is currently looking for a passionate and energetic person to support its ever-growing operation within the Crew Training department.
The Crew Training Specialist reports directly to the Head of Crew Training and is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the Training department, as well as assisting in developing and delivering crew training programs.

Hyperion Aviation Ltd is currently looking for a passionate and energetic person to support its ever-growing operation within the Crew Training department.
The Crew Training Specialist reports directly to the Head of Crew Training and is responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks within the Training department, as well as assisting in developing and delivering crew training programs.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Updating of the system and training files of crew members with current documentation.
- Assisting the Manager Crew Training in monitoring the training management software for training expiries.
- Processing of training documentation.
- Booking of training events and courses.
- Generating reports.
- Provide training to crew and office employees.
- Other administrative duties as assigned by Manager Crew Training and Nominated Person Crew Training (NPCT).
Education
- Hold, or have held, a Cabin Crew Attestation or Flight Crew license.
- Having completed a course in Fundamentals of Training Delivery (or equivalent) is considered an asset.
Knowledge and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role considered an asset.
- General knowledge of: EASA Regulations (i.e. Flight Crew licensing, Training and Record policies), Competent in IT, with knowledge of Microsoft Office platforms.
- Experience as an operating Crew Member (Cabin Crew or Pilot).
- Experience in teaching / instructing.
