Hotel Santana a well-established 4-star, 250-roomed hotel in Qawra, is seeking to employ an Operations Manager.
The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing various departments to ensure the hotel runs smoothly and efficiently. The role in the hotel is dynamic and requires a balance of leadership, management skills, and hands-on involvement in the daily operations.

Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, the candidate’s responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring exceptional guest experience by overseeing the front desk, housekeeping and other guest services to ensure that guests have a positive experience from check-in to check-out.
- Handling guest complaints, addressing and resolving guest issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensuring smooth coordination between different departments such as housekeeping, maintenance, food and beverage and front office.
- Developing, implementing, and monitoring SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency across all operations.
- Regularly inspecting rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
- Ensuring the hotel complies with all local and national health & safety regulations.
- Analysing guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Collaborating with the marketing team to promote special events, offers, and packages.
- Coordinating events and oversee the planning and execution of events, banquets and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Generating regular reports on operational performance, guest satisfaction, and financial metrics for senior management.
- Continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation in hotel operations.
