Cluster Marketing Co-ordinator

Hilton Malta is seeking to recruit a dynamic Marketing Co-ordinator to join our cluster team managing the Hilton Malta and the Doubletree by Hilton Malta. The ideal candidate has to be passionate about marketing and possess a creative mindset together with analytical skills.

He / she will be working together with the Marketing team and responsible for the following:

• Assist and execute marketing strategies that align with the hotels’ goals and objectives


• Assist in conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities and target customer segments


• Assist in preparing marketing plans, media buying and monitor/assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives implemented


• Monitor and oversee the executive of multi-channel marketing campaigns


• Assist with manging and monitoring the online presence, including website content, social media platforms, email marketing and 3rd party sites


• Monitor and assist to optimise content for SEO and drive organic and paid traffic


• Track and report on key performance indicators for digital marketing efforts, web traffic and ROI


• Assist with product launches, press visits, execution of launch plans, messaging and promotional activities
